Tim Rosa was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, which is located just east of Los Angeles. He played professional golf in the US and Europe right out of college before becoming a Realtor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the USC School of Business. He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since August of 1977. His extensive 40 plus years of experience in real estate includes representing both buyers and seller in the value range of properties from $39,000 to $3,000,000. He has listed and sold residential properties, commercial/industrial buildings, golf courses, raw land and subdivided land.
Tim moved to Fallbrook in August of 1990. “I wish I would have come 10 years sooner!”
Tim has personally developed 3 residential developments in Fallbrook:
10 homes on Crown Court behind Potter Jr. High
15 homes known as Brookehollow Estates near Live Oak Park
4 lots on Devin Drive off of Stage Coach and Reche
I love selling homes/land in North San Diego County as every property is unique and presents its’ own challenges. The other reason selling in this area is much nicer than other areas is that people are moving here because they WANT to, not because they have to. Very different from selling in the LA region where, I sold for my first 13 years.
