Cynthia Komski

A native Californian, Ms. Komski was born into a Real Estate Family, offering her over 20 years of real estate work experience with The Plies Companies, Lake Forest, CA focusing on residential, commercial, land and industrial projects.  Ms. Komski participated in various aspects of real estate transactions including building and maintaining relationships, project development, management of rental properties, office administration and bookkeeping. She is excited to partner with CR Properties Real Estate Services in Fallbrook, CA.

Prior to that she had 11 years of mortgage banking experience, working with local Orange County banks in the real estate loan department both on the Wholesale and retail level.  Ms. Komski and her Husband, Ed Komski, have owned and operated their own company, ELK Financial Group, which concentrated on builder and realtor relationships serving their clients mortgage needs in the 1990’s.

Ms. Komski has enjoyed raising her family in Fallbrook, a small rural Community. She and her family have participated in local youth events such as 4-H, Grange and Pop Warner.  She and her husband have sponsored livestock and horse shows at Riders Field, a Fallbrook equestrian facility.  Ms. Komski, in her spare time enjoys riding horses and managing her small menagerie of horses, dogs, cats, llama, alpaca and chickens.  She loves to grow flowers because they offer a wonderful accent to every room and she also loves to travel.  Ms. Komski has raised one daughter, Aspen Komski who is a Product Designer.

Ms. Komski is currently a Member and Treasurer for Rainbow Valley Grange, a local nonprofit Organization which advocates for a Rural Lifestyle.  She is involved with Grange on the State and National platform as a State Delegate representing California.

Ms. Komski has a B.A. in International Business Communications from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA.
